We are at The Crossover, 1717 Scottsdale Dr. Suite 110 in Leander TX. We share a space with ROI Physical Therapy.
We have 2 bathrooms, each with a shower. There are additional bathrooms in The Crossover.

Abel is a dedicated endurance and strength athlete with a background in competitive soccer and cross country at the club and varsity level. His training background is in olympic lifting, marathon training, and hyrox training. He also has experience in physical therapy, working with patients at all levels, from post-surgery athletes to elderly individuals recovering from joint replacements. Driven by the love of the process, Abel continues to push the limits of performance while applying their knowledge of rehabilitation and recovery to both personal training and patient care.
Jason has been coaching since 2014, after recieving his degree in Kinesiology from SFASU and later his Nutrition Coaching Cert from Precision Nutrition in 2016. His training background is in bodyweight strength training / calisthenics, mobility, and muscle building, and loves working with athletes from sports like figure skating, fencing, swimming, dance, and gymnastics. Always looking for a challenge and always learning, Jason is constantly focused expand his training knowledge and delivering the best results possible for his clients.
